At Evera Jewellery, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our Shipping & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.


SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.


Shipping Times

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 Business Days
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 Business Days

International Shipping

  • 5–15 Business Days depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Evera Jewellery is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be re-shipped.


Delayed Deliveries

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Public holidays
  • High shipping volumes

Evera Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are non-refundable.

Failure to pay customs fees resulting in refusal of delivery does not qualify for a refund of shipping charges.


RETURNS POLICY

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To request a return, customers must contact our support team before sending any items back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn and unused.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Be free from damage, scratches, alterations, or misuse.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all original tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with change-of-mind returns.

This includes:

  • Return postage costs.
  • Shipping insurance (if chosen).
  • Customs fees (if applicable).
  • Any costs associated with returning the item to our warehouse.

Evera Jewellery does not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or required by law:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
  • Personalized jewellery.
  • Custom-made products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale items marked as non-returnable.

Inspection of Returned Items

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

If a returned item shows signs of:

  • Wear,
  • Damage,
  • Alteration,
  • Improper use,

we may reject the return and return the item to the customer.


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

The following are non-refundable:

  • Original shipping fees.
  • Express shipping upgrades.
  • Customs duties and taxes.
  • Return shipping costs.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs showing the problem.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for products that fail to meet consumer guarantees.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure.
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
  • Have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
